Self esteem is a person’s overall sense of self-worth or personal value. In other words, how much you appreciate and like yourself. Too little self-esteem can leave people feeling defeated or depressed. It can also lead people to make bad choices, fall into destructive relationships, or fail to live up to their full potential.
Understand and balance your self-esteem in a way that, each day it opens a new world in front of you. Take a bit of your time to look back, your birth, your childhood, the corners of your old room, the bed, the toys everything which made you or yourself of today. For me, being a good son is very important because one day I may forget everything in my life but one thing will always stay, that will be ‘being-Vivek’.
Never find or identify yourself with any name extensions, any religious beliefs, family self-bonds, community rules etc… just liberate in each to understand ‘who you are’. You may feel disappointed or may feel ‘missing’, even you may like to cry out. Go on & Just be louder even if you want to cry, feel missing or disappointed. But the end of all those wipes, you should feel more liberation and find more in you.
Just go and practice this method of ‘Who I am’ .. find your self-esteem & liberate each day.
